Who Qualifies for NAPPR Tribal Home Visiting?
- Native American families living in Bernalillo, Cibola and Sandoval counties.
- Native American families who are expecting and have a child between 0-3 years (family can remain in the program until the child’s 5th birthday).
- Caregivers who have legal custody such as a grandparent, sibling, family relative, or adoptive parent.
