NAPPR recognizes that some children, and some circumstances, call for special attention. Through our Early Intervention program we provide timely response for infants and toddlers with an environmental risk such as children who are in state custody. We also provide services for children up to age three with cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, hearing loss, vision loss, and other challenging conditions.
