In March 2010, NAPPR was selected to begin a new Early Head Start program in the Albuquerque area.

NAPPR's Tribal Home Visiting Program provides services to expectant and first time Native American parents.
Through the Early Intervention Program, NAPPR provides a wide range of home-based educational and developmental services to Native American families with infants or toddlers with delays or at risk for delays.
