Meet Gertrude, Early Head Start Teacher
In Gertrude’s free time, she likes to bead, be with her family, listen to music and write small thoughts about her day or her goals. The most interesting place she traveled to is Seattle, WA for a conference during high school. She loves the city and its weather. She recalls how much she enjoyed learning new things during the classes the conference offered. Gertrude’s bucket list includes visiting Paris, France along with all indigenous monuments and land marks, to see George Strait in concert, build up her bead collection and find a place with a field of flowers for a picnic. She loves NAPPR’s teachers and all the children NAPPR serves. She appreciates the happiness they give her every day.
